TRAINING


The training program for the staff consists of sessions of one hour per week for four weeks, through a theoretical and practical program that includes:

  • Service on the floor, where i will explain the right way of the mise en place on a table and the attitude on the floor with the customer, the organization and communication with the different departments.
  • Approach to the customer, the fundamental key to ensure that the customer finds something different from other places through a simple and direct approach.
  • Sales, we will see how to be able to increase sales at the tables through an approach that will put the customer at ease.
  • Knowledge and sommelier equipment, knowing what you are talking about and what you have on the menu is one of the fundamental keys to give security to the customer and above all to ourselves.
  • Wine lesson, this lesson is about the general world of the wine about the climate, grapes, terroir and the main wine region in the world.
